On June 14, 2023, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) officially announced that 4.4 '- dichlorodiphenyl sulfone and diphenyl (2.4.6-trimethyl Benzoyl group) Phosphine oxide were included in the 29th batch of SVHC candidate list.
At this point, the SVHC candidate list has increased to 235 substances.
Among them, the transmission of supply chain information for Substances of High Concern (SVHC) is a regulatory obligation that must be fulfilled for the circulation of goods in the EU market. With the recent increase of SVHC, the pressure on product manufacturers and importers will become greater and greater. How to comply with REACH regulations and improve the competitiveness of their products is a matter that enterprises need to carefully consider.
