The valid paper certification certificate that has been issued can continue to be used, and it will naturally transition to an electronic certification certificate through changes, expiration renewal, and other means. Paper authentication certificates are equivalent to electronic authentication certificates

The production and use of CCC certification certificates and marks should comply with the "Management Requirements for Compulsory Product Certification Certificates" and "Management Requirements for Compulsory Product Certification Marks".
3. This announcement shall come into effect from January 1, 2024. The "Management Requirements for the Application of Compulsory Product Certification Marks" issued by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration in Announcement No. 10 of 2018 shall be abolished simultaneously.
The 3C certification will be issued with an electronic version by default on January 1, 2024. If necessary, a paper version can be applied for separately. After the issued CCC certificate expires, it will transition to the 3C electronic certification certificate.
Is 3C certification mandatory?
