ALPHA Achieves CBTL Laboratory Qualification
In May 2018, ALPHA was formally accredited by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IECEE) and became one of the few testing and certification laboratories with CBTL qualifications.
In February 2018, experts of CBTL assessment team conducted a rigorous on-site assessment of ALPHA. At the site of the assessment, experts of the assessment team reviewed laboratory-related quality management systems through on-site testing capabilities, hardware audits, and technical staff questions and reviews. Documents, inspections of equipment and calibration certificates and files, inspections of inspection reports, and records related to quality system operations, internal audit records, management review records, and personnel training records.
In May 2018, the official website of IECEE officially announced that Shenzhen Alpha Commodity Inspection Co., Ltd. became the CBTL of TUV Rheinland. At the same time, it was available on the website https://www.iecee.org/dyn/www/f?p=106:42:0. In fact, there are currently 504 laboratories that have obtained CBTL worldwide, and only 151 in China. ALPHA is one of the CBTL-qualified laboratories.
