package instruction:
A) The equipment is loaded in a specified outer package
B) Lithium batteries and lithium batteries should be packed in an inner package that can completely encapsulate the battery cell or battery in the outer package; measures should be taken to protect the battery cell and the battery from short circuits.
C) The equipment shall be secured in the outer package for movement and equipped with an effective means for preventing accidental start-up
D) Lithium batteries (lithium batteries) are equipped with a safety exhaust device, or its design to prevent sudden rupture in normal transport, and equipped with external short circuit to prevent effective measures.
E) A battery containing a plurality of battery cells in parallel has an effective device required to prevent dangerous reverse currents.
