自2008年11月20日起，鋰離子蓄電池列入NSPs的管控范圍。即能量密度超過(guò)400 Wh/L的二次鋰離子蓄電池（用于移動(dòng)設(shè)備、桌上筆記本等）。下列鋰離子電池除外：

用于醫(yī)療設(shè)備、工業(yè)設(shè)備和汽車類的鋰離子電池；用焊接或其他方式固定到產(chǎn)品上不能輕易移出的電池；特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的電池。

 

測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

JIS C 8712  用于便攜設(shè)備的密封二次電芯或電池-安全要求

JIS C 8714  用于便攜式設(shè)備的小型鋰離子蓄電池和蓄電池組的安全測(cè)試
